Voted one of The Fifty Funniest American Writers, David Owen has been a staff writer for The New Yorker and contributing editor at The Atlantic Monthly. He’s the author of more than a dozen books including his most recent: Where the Water Goes: Life and Death along the Colorado River, which addresses climate change, and the future of water in communities and on wildlife.
IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) is proud to offer our supporters and the local community the opportunity to meet with world-renowned authors that share our same vision of a world where animals and people thrive together. IFAW’s Speaker Series will introduce us to like-minded individuals sharing their thoughts on their favorite subjects while allowing an opportunity for important discussions at the end of each talk.
Books will be available for purchase at the event courtesy of Titcomb's Bookshop.
