About The Life and Poetry of Mary Oliver Program:
Mary Oliver was one of America’s greatest, most beloved, and often quoted poets. Her poetry explored the link between nature and the spiritual world. In this introductory program, a power point presentation of Mary Oliver’s life will be shared and we will read and discuss some of her greatest hits from her book, Devotions.
Participants spirits will be soothed and be reminded of the world’s beauty through the deep connection and exploration of Mary Oliver’s poetry.
Participants are invited to come to Titcomb’s Bookshop to pick up their free gift of quote cards when they register for this program and/or purchase the book, Devotions.
About Andrea Brandeis:
Andrea Brandeis is a freelancer of programs that excite, delight and keep people engaged (on Zoom). The Life and Poetry of Mary Oliver has been curated by and co-facilitated by Andrea as a Lifelong Learning course. Andrea has used the poetry and teachings of Mary Oliver in many programs including Aspirations, an Aging Mastery Program, the Summer Yoga Series and Soulstice Yoga Retreats. Andrea lives in Duxbury with her husband David and their hydrangea garden and Little Free Diverse Library and is mom to three adulting children.
